• 4 lab session reports account for 50% of the grade
• A research project for 50% of the grade
• Missing lab/lecture sessions is penalized.

The final score is

S = 0.5L + 0.5R – max(M – 1, 0)

where L is the average score of the lab reports (over 10), R is the score of the research project (over 10) and M is the number of lab/lecture sessions that the student has missed and a proper justification has not been provided.

A certificate of attendance indicating the final score will be issued at the end of the course for loading it at Racó or other administrative procedures.
